ABOUT ME: I’m a mid-career professional who has worked 20 years in nonprofit self-sufficiency services for homeless and low-income families. I moved to Tunis, Tunisia in April 2021 to serve as Director of Projects for a Christian organization that provides technical support for community development programs serving marginalized people groups. ABOUT US: We work with Athletes in Action. AIA is a division of Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ). Our primary ministry responsibility is to serve, resource and train AIA staff in 10 countries in East Asia. Our personal ministry in the Phoenix area is evangelism and discipleship of college and professional athletes. Some of the teams we minister to are the Arizona State University Women’s Basketball team, the Seattle Mariners baseball organization, and the Arizona Rattlers (Indoor Football League). HOW…
