Flu Vaccination Clinic There will be a flu vaccination clinic available on the PBCC campus in Room 103 after each service on Sunday, September 30. The vaccinations offered will be: Influenza (age 5 and up), Pneumococcal (age 65 and up), and TdaP [tetanus/diptheria/pertussis] (age 13 and up). All vaccines will be preservative-free. For most people with Medicare or medical insurance, the vaccinations are free. In the event that the vaccine is not covered, the cost will be covered by the pharmacist so no one will have to pay.
During September, all elementary students go into big church with their parents and join in the music and worship time. They are then dismissed before the sermon to go to Fellowship Hall for fun, games and movies. This year we will be watching a family-friendly version of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe and we will be memorizing the Lord’s Prayer. Summer Quarter begins July 1st and ends September 30th. September is Movie Month for Elementary Students. They will go to big church with their parents and then be dismissed prior to the sermon to go to Fellowship Hall for movies and group activities. This is a day dedicated to God’s heart for justice and seeing how His people can lead the way to slavery’s end.
