Tuesday Morning Hiking GroupCalling hikers of all ages and abilities to come and walk and enjoy God’s beautiful creations – nature, wildife, and, yes, each other! Young Singles Dinner & Bible Study
We are a group of single professionals roughly between the ages of 21-29 who have a weekly Bible study to grow in our faith together. We meet on Thursdays from 6:30pm to 8:30pm during the academic year. A free dinner is served at 6:30pm, followed by discussion at 7:30pm led by long-time church members Don Charkowsky and Todd Kvamme. Body Life in Mandarin
You are welcome to join a Mandarin-speaking class (as long as you can somewhat understand Mandarin). We have the opportunity to develop our Mandarin “voice” as we share our stories with one another in Mandarin. Flu Clinic
It’s that time of year again! PBCC will be hosting another pair of Sundaymorning vaccination clinics on September 22 and October 20, from 9:45amuntil 1:00pm, in room 101. Flu and COVID vaccines will be available for 5 years and up. All vaccines will bepreservative-free. For most people with Medicare or health insurance(excluding Kaiser), the vaccinations are free. You can save time at the clinic by filling out, printing and bringing this form.
Japan Memories Night
During the course of six days, we were able to visit three areas representing different aspects of Japan: the traditional and religious identities of Japan, the bustling metropolis of Tokyo, and the various pop and sub-cultures that exist in Japanese culture. Through our prayer walks, led by missionary Sarah Chang, we were able to glimpse a small part of God’s big heart for the nation. International Justice Mission Luncheon
Grace Kvamme will be giving an update on our IJM Romania partnership during services. Following that at noon in Fellowship Hall, we’ll have a free lunch with Claire Wilkinson, IJM’s Vice President who oversaw the Kenya field office during the murder of IJM lawyer Willie Kimani, his client and their driver.
