John 4:43-54
Call to Worship: Psalm 27; John 4:23 (adapted)
Host: Let us worship God, our light and our salvation.
All: The Lord is the stronghold of our lives.
Host: We desire to live in God’s house
and to seek God in his holy temple.
All: We have come with shouts of joy,
to sing and to make music to the Lord.
Host: Let us worship God in spirit and truth.
All: Teach us your ways and make straight our paths in this hour of worship and always.

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
