Adult Class: Footsteps of Paul

Footsteps of Paul Class Follow Paul’s second and third journeys through Philippi, Thessalonica, Athens, Corinth, Ephesus and Miletus. This class is designed for those taking the Footsteps of Paul tour in May, which will visit all these cities, but all are welcome to attend the class. Taught by Bernard Bell Mondays, March 19-April 23, 7:00-9:00 pm in Fellowship Hall

Understanding and Loving Jewish & Muslim Neighbors Led by Bernard Bell, April 8, 15 & 22 during the 10:30 service in Fellowship Hall. April 8, 15 we will watch a 2-hour documentary Jews & Christians: A Journey of Faith, based on Marvin Wilson’s book, Our Father Abraham: Jewish Roots of the Christian Faith. April 22 we will watch Loving Muslim Neighbors by Rod Cardoza of Abrahamic Alliance.

SERVICE SUNDAY Sign-Ups

To help our neighbors in need and to encourage a lifestyle of loving service, PBCC set aside the morning of Sunday, April 29, for PBCC SERVICE SUNDAY to worship and glorify the Lord through our acts of loving, compassionate and helpful service in our local community. Registration will be open from 3/18 – 4/23.

Visual Arts Ministry Workshop

Christian Art: An Illustrated Talk by Bernard Bell What is Christian art? Is it even permissible, given the second commandment’s prohibition of images? Artist Reception

Art in the Auditorium Announces: Coming THIS Sunday – a double-feature art exhibit! This exhibit includes God’s V.I.P.’s, our annual exhibit of PBCC artists from Grades K-8, and Watercolor Prayers, art created in the adult Sunday class, Whispers of Rest. The Artist Reception for these artists will held this Sunday, March 25, from 12:00-1:00pm.
