GriefShare: Loss During Covid-19
GriefShare: Loss during Covid-19 will be offered Sunday May 16th and June 6th from 3:00 – 4:30PM. There is no charge, and open to all, whether or not you’ve been part of GriefShare before. We’ll be viewing video clips that cover “Covid-19, Anxiety and Grief” on May 16, plus “Loneliness in Grief” and “Searching for a New Normal after Loss” on June 6. How do we talk to our kids about God’s design for sex and our bodies?
When are they ready to learn what? What do we say when kids ask “where do babies come from?” We have two sessions coming up, where you’ll get to hear Denise Salin (high school counselor and child development expert) and Allie Hale (RN) speak on this topic, as well as talk with other parents about how they’ve approached these topics. Conversation on Race
The next episode of our Conversation will be about the Asian community, sadly against the backdrop of recent violent attacks. We know that people are responding in different ways: fear, anger, deep pain, avoidance. Members of our family are hurting. Good Friday
Our Good Friday service will stream on the PBCC YouTube channel at 7pm on Friday, April 2. The service includes communion, so please prepare something to represent Christ’s body given for us and his blood shed for us. Please also gather a nail for each person as there will be an opportunity to lay the nail at the foot of the cross.

GriefShare Support Group
Anyone who is grieving the death of a spouse, child, other family member or friend is invited to attend our GriefShare 13-week seminar support group. The group will meet virtually via Zoom on Sundays 3:00 -4:30PM. The GriefShare video seminars feature nationally recognized Christian grief experts on topics as seen from a biblical perspective.
