Young at Heart
Please join us for lunch! This is a casual get-together and age is not an issue. We meet at 12:00 noon for two hours; our team serves a home made lunch (plus dessert). We enjoy great fellowship around the tables; it’s fun, it’s motivational, at times even educational, and did we mention “fun”?! Seating is limited. Sign ups are November 30th after each service.

Sunday Celebration!
Welcome Darren Johnson!We are so excited that Darren has joined our pastoral team! Sunday morning, November 23, we will be celebrating God’s provision with a single service at 10:00, where Darren will be commissioned and it will all be followed by a pancake brunch in Fellowship Hall. Craft Fair for Liberia

Grief Share
Holidays can be extra tough when you’ve recently lost a loved one. “Surviving the Holidays” offers good insights into the emotional and practical side of remembering your loved one in the midst of the world’s celebrations. Fall Festival
Our annual Fall Festival is coming up on Friday, October 31, from 4-7pm in the church parking lot. Wear a costume (not scary, please!) and invite your friends and neighbors! The event is free and will include face painting, Trunk-or-Treat and games! Life Together
Life Together returns with “Working Through the Bible”, a faith and work integration program. For six weeks, we’ll survey the Scriptures, from Genesis to Revelation to explore the theme of work. The curriculum includes components of: Reflection, Exploration, Learning, Discussing, Applying, Practicing, and Praying.

Vaccination Clinic
It’s that time of year again! PBCC is hosting it’s second vaccination clinic on Sunday, October 12 from 9:45am until 1:00pm in room 101. Flu (ages 5 and up), Pneumonia (ages 65 and up) and COVID (ages 18 and up) vaccines will be available. All vaccines will be preservative-free. For most people with Medicare or health insurance (excluding Kaiser), the vaccinations are covered. You can save time at the clinic by filling out, printing and bringing this form.

Women’s Bible Study Kick-off
Come early for refreshments! We will meet in the auditorium from 9:30am – 10:30am for a time of worship and getting oriented around this year’s theme. Then, from 10:30am – 11:15am, we will split off into our Small Groups for sharing and fellowship. All women who will be participating in this year’s study are welcome to join us for the Kick-off!

IJM Prayer Gathering
Please join us for the International Justice Mission Bay Area Prayer Gathering here at PBCC. Brad Twedt, IJM’s former VP of Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador and current General Counsel, will share about their work fighting violence against women and children in Latin America, and we will have the chance to worship and pray in different styles. Grace Village Appreciation Luncheon
The City Team Grace Village ministry provides community housing to support women and mothers with children who are working toward becoming self-sufficient. The PBCC/ALAG renovation of Grace Village apartment C8 is now complete and we are celebrating with an Appreciation Luncheon on Sunday, September 21, at noon in the Fellowship Hall.
