Liberia Outreach

PBCC partners with VisionTrust to reach out to the poorest of the poor in the country of Liberia.  We have built, and continue to support, a school outside of Monrovia, the capital.  Financially, our support provides education, the Gospel, food and medical care to approximately 350 students at this school.  Prayerfully, we hold the teachers and students up in prayer continually.  Every two years we invite members from our body to consider traveling to Liberia to love on everyone at…

Adult Class: Footsteps of Paul

Footsteps of Paul Class Follow Paul’s second and third journeys through Philippi, Thessalonica, Athens, Corinth, Ephesus and Miletus. This class is designed for those taking the Footsteps of Paul tour in May, which will visit all these cities, but all are welcome to attend the class. April 8, 15 we will watch a 2-hour documentary Jews & Christians: A Journey of Faith, based on Marvin Wilson’s book, Our Father Abraham: Jewish Roots of the Christian Faith. April 22 we will watch Loving Muslim Neighbors by Rod Cardoza of Abrahamic Alliance.

To help our neighbors in need and to encourage a lifestyle of loving service, PBCC set aside the morning of Sunday, April 29, for PBCC SERVICE SUNDAY to worship and glorify the Lord through our acts of loving, compassionate and helpful service in our local community. Registration will be open from 3/18 – 4/23.
