Connection Sundays are upon us! We are dedicating Sunday August 21 and Sunday August 28 for 2 different focuses of connecting – Ways to Connect and Ways to Serve.
Ways to Connect
What are Connection Groups? Connection Groups are where we gather with other believers around a common interest and share our lives with one another. Connection Groups common interests range from studying the Word, to navigating life stages, to engaging in spiritual formation, to participating in hobbies and interests. So whether it’s over “Beginning Biblical Hebrew” or “Pickleball”, get ready to connect with your fellow PBCC brothers and sisters after service this Sunday! On Sunday the 28th, we’ll be back at it with Ways to Serve! We invite you to consider connecting through serving. Click here to see all the ministries represented and where they will be on campus.
For those of you who have attended either Connection Sundays and Ministry Fairs in the past at PBCC, we’d like to share a few other changes:
- The services will be shorter on August 21 but Bernard will be preaching a full sermon from his Hebrew series on both Sundays. August 28 will be the length of a regular service.
- Children and Youth Ministries will start in the service and be dismissed before the sermon. Parents will pick up their children right after the 10:30 service, giving the teachers a chance to attend Connection Sunday.
