The Bible makes clear that as followers of Jesus Christ we are children of our Heavenly Father. We belong to him, and we belong to one another as brothers and sisters in Christ. Every single one of us has an important part to play and together we tell the story of Jesus in a way that we could not express alone.
We don’t grow or mature in Christ without community. The life of Christ is not lived out individually but rather through relationships with other people. Our encouragement at PBCC is always to be involved in a smaller community where we can apply what we know into how we live with others through loving, serving, forgiving, accepting, and speaking.
