At PBCC, our primary aim is to know Jesus and make him known. One of our family values for fulfilling this goal is discipleship through relationships. PBCC aims to be a discipling community because in the Great Commission of Matthew 28, Jesus commands his followers to do one thing – make disciples. Making disciples requires authentic relationships, because only life-on-life, with the help of the Holy Spirit, can provide the necessary ingredients to enact real-life transformation.
At PBCC, small groups are one of the primary ways to form discipling relationships. We call adult small groups “Growth Groups”, and there are many choices available for you to get connected into a growth group. These groups form deep relationships while gathering around Scripture. As you share life’s journey together, our hope is that these groups will provide support, encouragement and healing through the Word and through the relationships.
