Body Life in Mandarin

On-Going at 10:30am in room 205.
You are welcome to join a Mandarin-speaking class (as long as you can somewhat understand Mandarin). We have the opportunity to develop our Mandarin “voice” as we share our stories with one another in Mandarin.  The class will continue to practice deep koinonia-fellowship with God and with one another, such as sharing one another’s needs and struggles, as well as supporting and praying for each other.  Co-led by Joseph Chou and Teng Moh.

Biblical Studies

Classes in biblical and theological studies are held in the evenings, 7-9pm during the Fall, Winter and Spring quarters.  Interns is a two year program of more intense study, usually for those actively involved in a PBCC ministry.

In addition, Greek and Hebrew language classes and reading groups meet during the week.

Monday Night Classes

Footsteps of Paul Class

Follow Paul’s second and third journeys through Philippi, Thessalonica, Athens, Corinth, Ephesus and Miletus. This class is designed for those taking the Footsteps of Paul tour in May, which will visit all these cities, but all are welcome to attend the class.

Tuesday Evenings in the Psalms

Finding Your Voice and God’s Heart in the Psalms
Tuesday evenings 7:00—8:45 pm in Fellowship Hall
Fall Quarter: Sept 19-Dec 12,2017
Led by Brian Morgan and friends

Join us for an evening of worship, prayer, teaching, and poetry as we continue our pilgrimage through the book of Psalms. Last year we began our journey in Psalm 1 and ended with Psalm 24. Each week was filled with delight and wonder as we discovered fresh insights from the Psalms, new voices emerging in our community, and God’s presence drawing near. This is not an academic class, but an invitation to cultivate weekly devotion to God and openness with one another by saturating ourselves in the Psalms. All are welcome and you may join us anytime during the year, as regular attendance is not required.

Interns is a 2-year program of more intense study usually for those actively involved in a PBCC ministry.

Fall 2016: Ephesians.

Winter 2015: Revelation.

Fall 2015: OT Narrative: Genesis 1-11.
